A “Sudbury girl” born and raised, Rev. Erin Todd has been serving as the resident minister at Nickel District Pastoral Charge since 2009. Just prior to her return to the Sudbury area, Erin served for two years at First United Church in Wawa, Ontario following a long stint of varied and sundry ministry in the Greater Toronto Area. Erin is a graduate of the Master of Divinity programme at Emmanuel College (University of Toronto), and was ordained in 2005. When she isn’t “tending her flock”, Rev. Erin enjoys reading, knitting, long distance running, singing with the Bel Canto Chorus, and hanging out by the lake with her fiancé, Kari and step-daughters Katja and Ava.

Reverend Erin Todd is a young, energetic, dynamic Minister who has brought new life and vision to our Pastoral Charge. Her creative ideas for worship and outreach have kept us on our toes, fostering our mission to be a “growing and progressive” church, helping us to connect with our “community”, and make it “a better place” She is gently guiding us into a new era of thinking outside the box, looking at alternative ways to worship and share the Good News. …..
